Entry path: Top data table tab bar → + (Add)
- Open Smart Spreadsheet and look at the data table tab bar at the top of the page.
- Tap the + button on the right side of the data table tab bar.
- Select Data Table from the pop-up menu.
- Wait for the new table to be created and opened.

- Interface result: a new data table tab appears in the top tab bar.
- What you can do next: you can continue adding fields or entering records in the new table.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: tapping another tab instead of the + button will not start the creation flow.
- Permissions: in collaboration scenarios, you may need editing permission to create a table.
2. Delete a Data Table
Entry path: Worksheet tab → Delete
- Tap the worksheet tab for the table you want to remove to open the floating menu bar.
- Select Delete in the floating menu.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
- Wait for the table to be removed and return to the remaining table view.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the deleted data table tab no longer appears.
- What you can do next: you can switch to another data table and continue editing.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: make sure the currently selected table is the one you want to delete.
- Data impact: deleting a table also removes its field settings, records, view settings, and automation rules.
