1. View Record Activity

Entry path: Select an existing record → floating toolbar appears → tap Activity

1. Tap the row number on the far left of the target record to select the record and open the floating toolbar.
2. Tap Activity to open the activity panel.
3. Review the edit history for that record in the panel.
4. Check the editor, edit time, and changed content as needed.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the activity panel for the selected record is open.
• Next action available: you can continue reviewing the record's edit history.

Tips While Using

• Each record shows up to the most recent 14 days of modification history.
• This feature is for reviewing one record, not the full collaboration history of the entire table.

2. View Record Activity from a Cell

Entry path: Tap the target cell → open the related panel → tap the Activity tab

1. Tap the target cell to open the edit record panel.
2. Tap the Activity tab to switch to the activity page.
3. Review the edit history for that record.
4. Compare the history with the current record content to confirm recent changes.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the current panel has switched to the Activity page.
• Next action available: you can review the record's historical edits.

Tips While Using

• Each record shows up to the most recent 14 days of modification history.
• If you need table-wide collaboration changes, use the related collaboration history feature for the table.
