Does Row Height support custom numeric values?

1. Open the spreadsheet and click Row Height in the top toolbar.

The current row height workflow in this data table uses preset options and does not provide direct custom numeric input.

Will changing row height affect the data in cells?

2. Open Row Height and switch to any preset height.

Changing row height affects display layout only and does not modify the data stored in cells.

Why does some content still not look fully visible after I change row height?
