1. Create a rich text field

Entry: Tap the table header → Edit → Field Type → Rich Text

1. Tap the target table header.
2. In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
3. In the field settings window, tap Field Type.
4. Select Rich Text.
5. Enter the field name and confirm to finish the setup.

Success Criteria

• The new rich text field appears in the table.
• You can continue entering content in that field.

Tips While Using

• If you do not select the table header first, you may not see the field editing path.
• If the table is stored online, saving and syncing require a network connection.

2. Edit rich text content

Entry: Tap the table header → Edit → Edit Options → Rich Text field

1. Tap the header for the target field.
2. Tap Edit in the floating toolbar.
3. Select the target Rich Text field in the field settings window.
4. Enter your text in the editing box.
5. Use the formatting toolbar to apply bold, italic, font size, color, numbering, images, and similar formatting.
6. When you finish, tap the Close button in the upper-left corner to save the entry.

Success Criteria

• The field shows the text you entered with the expected formatting.
• You can return to the table and continue reviewing or editing records.

• Formatting options apply after you enter the rich text editing area.
