1. Create a Level Field

Entry point: the “+” button on the right side of the table header → Field Type drop-down list → “Level”

  1. Open the AirSheet table that you want to edit.
  2. Click the “+” button on the right side of the table header.
  3. In the field type list, select “Level.”
  4. Enter a field name.
  5. Click “OK” to finish creating it.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: a new level field column appears in the table.
  • Next actions: you can continue setting the number of levels and assigning level values.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: if you do not choose “Level” in the field type list, a different field type may be created.
  • Environment limits: you need permission to edit fields in the current table.

2. Set the Number of Levels

Entry point: right-click the level field header → “Field Settings” → “Number of Levels” drop-down list

  1. Find the level field that has already been created in the table.
  2. Right-click the field header.
  3. Select “Field Settings.”
  4. Choose the number you need from the “Number of Levels” drop-down list.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: the available number of level options is updated.
  • Next actions: you can assign records based on the new level setup.

3. Review Records by Level

Entry point: use grouping or similar table views to review records by the level field

  1. Make sure records already have values in the level field.
  2. In the table, group or review records by the level field.

  4. Adjust your grading standard or processing order based on the results.
