1. Create a Last Modified Time Field

Entry path: + button on the right side of the header → field type list → Last Modified Time

  1. Click the + button on the right side of the header.
  2. In the field type list, select Last Modified Time.
  3. Enter a field name.
  4. Click OK to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new Last Modified Time Field column appears in the data table.
  • What you can do next: You can open field settings and continue with update-scope or date-format changes.

Tips While Using

  • Use a field name that matches your business purpose so the column is easier to identify later.
  • After creation, the field records later edit times automatically and does not need manual input.

2. Set the Update Scope

Entry path: right-click the field title → Field SettingsUpdate Scope

  1. Right-click the Last Modified Time Field title.
  2. Select Field Settings.
  3. In Update Scope, choose how the timestamp should be triggered.
  4. If you choose All Fields, the time updates whenever any field is edited.
  5. If you choose Select Fields, the time updates only when the chosen fields are edited.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected update scope is shown in field settings.

Tips While Using

  • If you only want to track key business fields, use Select Fields.

Entry path: right-click the field title → Field SettingsDate Format

  1. Right-click the Last Modified Time Field title.
  2. Select Field Settings.
  3. In the date format panel, choose the display format you need.
  4. Turn on Show Time if needed.
  5. Review the display result for all records in the field column.
