1. Create a Last Modified Time Field

Entry: + button on the right side of the table header → Field Type list → Last Modified Time

  1. Click the + button on the right side of the table header.
  2. Select Last Modified Time from the field type list.
  3. Enter a field name.
  4. Click OK to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new Last Modified Time field appears in the table.
  • Next action available: You can open field settings and continue with update scope or date format changes.

Tips While Using

  • Use a field name that is easy to distinguish from Created Time.
  • This field records time automatically, so manual input is not needed.

2. Set the Update Scope

Entry: Right-click the field title → Field Settings → Update Scope

  1. Right-click the Last Modified Time field title.
  2. Select Field Settings.
  3. In Update Scope, choose All Fields or Selected Fields.
  4. If you choose Selected Fields, select the fields that should trigger a time update.
  5. Save the setting and return to the table.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected update scope is shown in field settings.
  • Next action available: After editing related fields, you can check whether the time updates as expected.

  • If you choose All Fields, any field change may update the timestamp.

3. Change the Date Format

Entry: Right-click the field title → Field Settings → Date Format

  1. Right-click the Last Modified Time field title.
  2. Select Field Settings.
  3. Open the Date Format option.
  4. Choose the display format you need, such as yyyy/mm/dd HH:mm, yyyy-mm-dd HH:mm, or yyyy年mm月dd日 HH:mm.
  5. Confirm the setting.
