1. Create a Last Modified By field
Entry path: Tap the table header → Edit → Field Type → Last Modified By
- Tap the table header where you want to add a field.
- In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
- In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
- Select Last Modified By.
- Set the field name, then confirm to create the field.
- After a record is actually edited and saved, the field is updated automatically by the system.
Success Check
- Interface result: A new Last Modified By field column appears in the table.
- Next action: Edit and save any record, then check whether the field shows the latest editing user.
Notes
- Common mistake: If you only create the field but do not edit and save a record, the field may not show updated editor information yet.
