1. Create an Images and Attachments field

Entry path: Tap the table header → Edit → Field Type → Images and Attachments

  1. Tap the table header in the data table.
  2. In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
  3. In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
  4. Select Images and Attachments.
  5. Enter the field name.
  6. Choose the display style and upload method as needed, including thumbnail style, list style, and the option to allow image upload only through mobile capture.
  7. Tap OK to finish.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: A new Images and Attachments field appears in the data table.

2. Upload an image with the camera

  5. Take a photo with your device camera and complete the upload.

3. Upload local images or files from your phone

Entry path: Tap the table header → Edit → Images and Attachments field → My Phone

  1. Tap the table header.
  2. In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
  3. Tap the Images and Attachments field.
  4. Tap My Phone.
  5. Choose Local File to upload a file or image from your phone, or choose Take Photo to open the camera and upload a new image.

4. Upload images or files from cloud documents

  3. Tap the Images and Attachments field.
  4. Tap Cloud Docs.
  5. Select the file or image that you want to upload from cloud documents.
  6. Tap the target file to complete the upload.
