Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Choosing the wrong field type creates a different field, so confirm the field type name before saving.
  • Environment note: Open an editable data table before starting.

Entry path: Right-click the field title → Field Settings → Linked record range → All Records

  1. Right-click the title of the target field.
  2. Select Field Settings.
  3. Find Linked record range in the settings panel.
  4. Select All Records.
  5. If needed, enable the option to allow multiple linked records.
  6. Click OK to save the setting.
  • Interface result: The field settings show that the all-record range is active.
  • What you can do next: When entering linked values, you can choose from the full record range.
  • Common mistake: If you do not click OK, the setting will not be saved.
  • Environment note: If your workflow needs only one linked record, do not enable the multi-record option.

Entry path: Right-click the field title → Field Settings → Linked record range → Specified Records

  1. Right-click the title of the target field.
  2. Select Field Settings.
  3. Find Linked record range in the settings panel.

  5. Set either Records that meet conditions or Selected view as needed.
  6. If needed, enable the option to allow multiple linked records.
  7. Click OK to save the setting.
  • Interface result: The field settings show the specified-record range configuration.
  • What you can do next: When entering linked values, only records that match the condition or selected view are shown.
  • Common mistake: Inaccurate conditions or view settings can make the selectable range too broad or too narrow.
  • Environment note: Before using specified records, confirm that the target table conditions or view are already prepared.
