Who can publish an announcement?
- Open the target Smart Sheet data table.
- Check whether you are the table owner or have editing permission.
- Only the table owner and collaborators with editing permission can publish an announcement.
Can everyone see the announcement?
- After the announcement is published, it appears at the top of the data table.
- All collaborators who already have access to the table can see it, including viewers and editors.
- External users without access permission cannot view the announcement content.
Does announcement content support images or links?
- Announcement supports text content.
- Announcement also supports links for quick access to related materials.
- Announcement does not support images at this time.
