1. Create a Paragraph Link

Entry path: Hover over a paragraph → ⋮⋮ toolbar → Copy Paragraph Link

1. Move the pointer over the paragraph that you want to link to.
2. Wait for the ⋮⋮ toolbar to appear next to the paragraph.
3. Click ⋮⋮ and select Copy Paragraph Link.
4. Paste the link where you want to place the jump entry.

Success Criteria

• On-screen result: the pasted content appears as a recognizable link.
• What you can do next: continue editing, saving, or sharing the document with the link included.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: if the pointer is not over the target paragraph, the related toolbar may not appear.

2. Use a Paragraph Link

Entry path: Click the link → Jump automatically

1. Find the paragraph link that has already been inserted in the document.
2. Click the link.
3. Wait for the page to scroll to the target paragraph automatically.
4. Check the highlight on the target paragraph to confirm the jump.

Success Criteria

• On-screen result: the page moves to the target paragraph area and the target paragraph is highlighted.
• What you can do next: continue reading, editing, or copying the paragraph link again.

3. Edit Link Text

Entry path: Select an existing paragraph link → Floating toolbar → Edit

1. Move the pointer over an existing paragraph link.
2. Open the floating toolbar and click Edit.
3. Change the displayed text of the link.
4. Confirm that the text is updated while the original jump destination stays the same.

Success Criteria

• On-screen result: the displayed link text is updated.
• What you can do next: click the edited link and still jump to the original target paragraph.

Tips While Using
