1. Open the insertion panel with @

Entry: Type @ in the Smart Document body

  1. Place the cursor where you want to insert content.
  2. Type @.
  3. Wait for the insertion panel to appear.
  4. Review the available content types in the panel.
  5. Continue by choosing a contact, a cloud document, or a time option.

  • Interface result: The insertion panel appears after you type @.
  • Next action available: You can continue searching for contacts, document names, or time options.

2. Mention a contact

Entry: Type @ → Contact → Select a contact

  1. Type @ in the document body.
  2. Type the contact name directly, or choose Contact in the floating panel.
  3. Select the target contact from the search results or address list.
  4. Enter the message or context you want to add.
  5. Press Enter to finish the mention.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The contact name appears highlighted in the document body.
  • Next action available: You can continue writing or mention another contact.
  • No side effect: The current editing flow continues normally.

3. Insert a cloud document

Entry: Type @ → Enter a document name → Select a cloud document

  1. Type @ in the document body.
  2. Enter the cloud document name to search.
  3. Select the target cloud document from the results.
  4. Or choose Cloud Document in the floating panel.
  5. Select Upload Local Document or Choose from Cloud Documents as needed.
  6. Insert the document at the current cursor position.
