1. View Comment History

Entry path: More (☰) → Comment History

1. In the document editing screen, tap the More (☰) button in the upper-right corner.
2. Tap Comment History in the expanded menu.
3. Review all comments that have been marked as Resolved.
4. If you need to continue the discussion, tap Reopen to restore the comment thread in the document.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: You can see a list of resolved comments in the document.
• Next action available: You can continue reading comment details or reopen a selected comment.
• No unwanted changes: Viewing Comment History does not directly change document content.

Tips While Using

• Comment History shows comments marked as resolved, not comments that were permanently deleted.
• Fully deleted comments do not appear in Comment History.
• If comments need to sync, keep your network connection stable.
