Who can add comments?
- Open the target Smart Document.
- Make sure you have permission to view the document.
- Select text and try to open the Comment entry.
- If you can enter and send a comment, your current account can comment in that file.
How do I delete a comment?
- Tap the comment you want to manage.
- Open More.
- Select Delete.
- If you are the document owner, you can delete all users' comments. Other users usually can delete only their own comments.
Where can I find resolved comments?
- Open the All Comments panel in the document.
- Find the comment status filter in the list.
- Select the resolved status or the matching status option.
- Review the resolved comment records in the filtered results.
