What is the difference between Comment History and current comments?

  1. Current comments are active comments that are still under discussion.
  2. Comment History contains comments that have already been marked as resolved.
  3. If a resolved comment needs more work, you can reopen it from Comment History.

Can I see deleted comments in Comment History?

  1. No.
  2. Comment History only keeps comments that were marked as resolved.
  3. Comments that were fully deleted do not remain in the Comment History list.

Why can't I find the Comment History entry?

  1. Make sure you are in the document editing screen.
  2. Tap More (☰) and check whether Comment History is listed.
  3. If the document has no resolved comments, or comment syncing is not complete yet, the entry may be available while the list is empty.
