Entry path: Edit button at the lower right → + icon on the bottom toolbar → Cloud Document
- Open a smart document.
- Tap the Edit button at the lower right.
- Tap the paragraph where you want to add the cloud document.
- Tap the + icon on the bottom toolbar.
- Tap Cloud Document.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The Cloud Document selection screen opens.

- You need to enter editing mode first before the related entry appears on the bottom toolbar.

2. Select and insert a file from cloud space

- Open the Cloud Document entry by following the steps in the previous section.
- Browse the list of files saved in cloud space.
- Select the file you want to insert.
- Confirm the insertion into the current document.

Tips While Using
- Supported file types include WPS Writer, Spreadsheet, and Presentation files.

3. Paste and recognize a cloud document link

- Copy an accessible cloud document link.
- Open the smart document and enter editing mode.
- Tap the target position in the body.
- Paste the cloud document link into the body.
- Wait for WPS to recognize it as a cloud document.
