Can I insert images inside a citation block?

  1. The citation block is mainly used for text input in this workflow.
  2. If you need to insert an image, exit citation block editing first and then use the document image insertion feature.
  3. If you want the image note to stand out, add citation text before or after the image.

How do I exit citation block editing?

  1. After finishing the text in the citation block, tap another paragraph area.
  2. Confirm that the cursor has moved out of the citation block.
  3. Continue typing normal body text.

Why can’t I see the Citation button?

  1. Make sure the document is already in editing mode.
  2. Tap the target text position first, then open the + icon in the bottom toolbar.
  3. If the entry still does not appear, update WPS Office to the latest version and try again.
