FAQ

  1. Open the Smart Form and enter the editing interface.
  2. Select Survey in the left navigation area.
  3. Click Informed Consent to open the editor.
  4. Update the content and confirm or save the settings.

  2. Confirm that you clicked OK or the corresponding save action.
  3. If the form needs to be published before external respondents can see the change, review the publish status.
  4. Check the respondent view again to confirm the final display.
