1. Open the Data Dashboard entry

Entry path: Form editor → Survey → Data Dashboard

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select the Survey section in the left navigation area.
  3. Find the Data Dashboard setting item.
  4. Click it to enter the editing panel.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the Data Dashboard editing area or settings panel opens.
  • Next action available: you can continue reviewing or adjusting related settings.

2. Configure and preview the Data Dashboard

  2. Update the display content or options for the current survey.
  3. Use preview to check whether the result matches your expectation.
  4. If needed, return to the panel and continue adjusting the settings.

3. Save the Data Dashboard configuration

Entry path: Data Dashboard editing panel → Confirm / Save

  1. Finish the settings and confirm the preview result.
  2. Click Confirm to complete the current action.
  3. If the interface provides a Save button, click it to keep the changes.
  4. If the workflow also includes publishing, complete the publish step so the configuration can take effect in later use.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the settings are saved, and the interface returns to a stable state or shows a saved result.
  • Next action available: you can continue editing the survey or move to the next publish or usage step.

  • Common mistake: leaving the page without saving will cause the current changes to be lost.
