1. Open Formula

Entry path: Form Editor → Check-in → Formula

  1. Open the Smart Form that you want to edit.
  2. Enter the form editing view.
  3. Select the Check-in module in the left navigation area.
  4. Find Formula and open it for editing.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The formula editing area or related settings panel opens.
  • Next action available: You can continue to set formula parameters.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you are not in the form editing view first, the Check-in module may not appear.
  • Environment note: You need edit permission for the current form.

2. Set and Preview Formula Parameters

Entry path: Formula editing panel

  1. In the Formula panel, set the relevant parameters as prompted on screen.
  2. Check whether each setting matches the current check-in scenario.
  3. Preview the result and confirm that the formula behaves as expected.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The current parameters are shown in the panel, and the preview area reflects the setup.
  • Next action available: You can continue adjusting settings or move to the save step.

  • Common mistake: Confirming too early without reviewing the parameters may require another round of edits later.

3. Save the Formula Configuration

Entry path: Formula editing panel → Confirm

  1. Finish the parameter setup and verify that the preview result is correct.
  2. Click Confirm to complete the action.
  3. Return to the form editor and continue editing or move on to publishing.

  • Interface result: The Formula panel closes and the configuration remains in the current form.
