How do I configure Data Statistics in the Poll module?

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select the Poll module in the left navigation area.
  3. Find Data Statistics and open it for editing.
  4. Update the settings and click Confirm to finish the current setup.
  5. If needed in your workflow, continue to save the form.

Why are my Data Statistics changes not taking effect?

  1. Make sure you finished the parameter setup and clicked Confirm.
  2. Check whether the form has been saved in the current workflow.
  3. If the setting needs to appear on the respondent side, confirm that you have published the new version.
  4. Reopen the Data Statistics panel and verify the current settings.

Can I edit Data Statistics after creating the poll?

  1. Yes. Reopen the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Open Data Statistics again from the Poll module.
  3. Update the settings you need and confirm them again.
  4. Note that some changes may affect only newly collected data.
