  • What you can do next: You can continue setting parameters or reviewing the current configuration.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not enter the File Collection module first, you may not see the Data Statistics entry directly.
  • Environment note: You need permission to edit Smart Forms.

2. Set and confirm statistics parameters

Entry path: Data Statistics editing panel

  1. In the pop-up panel, set the relevant parameters.
  2. Adjust the required statistics items based on the available options.
  3. Preview the result and confirm that the display matches your needs.
  4. Click OK to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The parameter setup is complete, and the panel closes or returns to the editor.
  • What you can do next: You can continue editing other form content or prepare to save and publish.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Confirming without previewing may leave the statistics display different from what you expected.
  • Environment note: If online content needs to load, keep your network connection available.

3. Modify saved Data Statistics settings

Entry path: Form Editor → File Collection → Data Statistics

  1. Return to the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. In the left navigation pane, open File Collection again.
  3. Open Data Statistics and edit the items you want to change.
  4. Click Save or follow the on-screen prompt to complete the update.
  5. If the change needs to appear on the respondent side, publish a new version as prompted.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The updated Data Statistics settings are saved.
  • What you can do next: You can continue publishing the form or observe later collection results.
  • No side effect: Previously saved historical data is not automatically rewritten by changing this entry.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you edit the settings but do not save or publish, the update may not appear.
  • Environment note: Some changes affect only new data collected later.
