1. Open the Check-in Title entry

Entry path: Form editor → Check-in → Check-in Title

  1. Open the Smart Form you want to edit.
  2. Enter the form editing view.
  3. In the left navigation pane, select the Check-in module.
  4. Find the Check-in Title setting and open its editing area.

  • Interface result: You are in the check-in settings area and can see the title editing position.

2. Edit the Check-in Title text

Entry path: Check-in Title editing area

  1. Click the current title text in the Check-in Title editing area.
  2. Enter the new title text.
  3. Continue adjusting related settings if needed.

  • Next action available: You can continue to preview, save, or return to other settings.

3. Preview and save the title setting

Entry path: Editing panel → Preview / Confirm / Save

  1. After editing the title, open Preview.
  2. Check whether the title display matches the current check-in topic.
  3. Click Confirm to finish the current setting.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompt and click Save.
  5. If the form needs to take effect for respondents, continue with publishing.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The updated check-in title is visible in Preview.
  • Next action available: After saving, you can continue publishing or editing other modules.
  • No side effect: Other existing form settings are not cleared automatically when the title is changed.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you only preview and do not save, the change will not be kept.
