  1. Open the Smart Form and enter the editing view.
  2. Select the Check-in module in the left navigation pane.
  3. Find Check-in Title and open it for editing.
  4. Update the content and click Confirm or Save.

What should I do if the Check-in Title does not take effect after saving?

  1. First confirm that you clicked Save.
  2. Open Preview again and check whether the title has been updated.
  3. If the current form needs publishing before changes go live, complete the publishing step.
  4. Open the response side again and check the display result.

Can I change the Check-in Title after the check-in form has already been created?

  2. Find Check-in Title in the Check-in module.
