1. Open Related Data

Entry path: Form Editor → Check-in → Related Data

1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
2. Select the Check-in module in the left navigation.
3. Find the Related Data option.
4. Click it to enter editing.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The Related Data editing area or setup panel opens.
• Next action available: You can continue configuring related parameters.

Tips While Using

• Make sure your account has permission to edit the form.
• If the page is still loading, wait until the module is fully displayed before clicking.

2. Set and confirm Related Data

Entry path: Related Data panel → Parameter setup → Preview → Confirm

1. Set the relevant parameters in the Related Data panel as prompted on screen.
2. Preview the result after setup.
3. Confirm that the displayed result is correct.
4. Click Confirm to finish.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The settings are saved, and the panel closes or returns to the previous setup view.
• Next action available: You can continue editing check-in content or move on to publishing.

Tips While Using

• It is recommended to review the preview before clicking Confirm.
• Some changes may appear to respondents only after the form is published.
