1. Open Related Data

Entry: Form Editor → Form → Related Data

1. Open the Smart Form editing interface.
2. Select the Form section in the left navigation pane.
3. Find Related Data and click it to enter editing.

• Next action available: You can continue to set the required parameters.

2. Set and Preview Related Data Parameters

1. Set the relevant parameters in the panel.
2. Adjust the required options based on the on-screen prompts.
3. Use preview to confirm that the result matches your expectation.

• Interface result: The parameters are filled in or adjusted, and the preview displays normally.
• Next action available: You can confirm and save the current setup.

Tips While Using

• It is recommended to preview before saving so you can reduce repeated edits.

3. Save the Related Data Configuration

Entry: Related Data editing panel → OK / Save

1. Confirm that the current parameter settings are correct.
2. Click OK to complete the action.
3. If the interface also provides a Save button, save the setup there as well.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The settings are submitted, and the panel closes or shows a saved status.
• Next action available: You can return to the form and continue editing other content.

Tips While Using

• Some related data changes may appear on the response side only after a new version is published.
• Related data settings affect new data only, and existing data does not update automatically.
