1. Turn On Two-Step Verification

Entry path: WPS Home → Profile → Personal Center → Security Settings → Two-Step Verification

1. Click the profile icon at the top right of WPS.
2. Open Personal Center.
3. Find the Security Settings section.
4. Find the Two-Step Verification option.
5. Click the button that shows the feature is not enabled.
6. Choose email verification code as the verification method.
7. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the binding process.
8. After setup is complete, finish the extra verification step when signing in on a new device.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the Two-Step Verification status shows as enabled.
• What you can do next: continue managing account security settings or return to the WPS home page.

Tips While Using

• Make sure the bound email address can receive verification codes.
• After setup, sign-in on a new device requires an extra identity check.

2. Turn Off Two-Step Verification

Entry path: Personal Center → Security Settings → Two-Step Verification → Turn Off

1. Open the Security Settings page in Personal Center.
2. Find the Two-Step Verification option.
3. Click Turn Off.
4. Enter your current account password to complete identity verification.
5. Confirm that you want to turn the feature off.
6. Return to Security Settings and check whether the status has updated.
