Is there a limit on how many times I can change my nickname?

  1. Open WPS and go to Personal Center.
  2. Use the nickname entry to submit a new nickname when needed.
  3. If you have already changed it twice this week, wait until next week before changing it again.

What characters can I use in a nickname?

  1. Enter a new nickname in the input box.
  2. Use Chinese, English, numbers, and supported common characters.
  3. Remove unsupported characters such as ! @ # $ ^ * < > ? , before saving.

Will my new nickname sync to collaboration views after I change it?

  1. Finish the nickname update and click Confirm.
  2. Reopen a shared document, comment area, or message-related view.
  3. Check whether the displayed name has updated to the new nickname.
