1. Change your account nickname

Entry: WPS Home → Profile photo → Personal Center → Account Nickname

  1. Click the profile photo icon in the upper-right corner of WPS.
  2. Open Personal Center.
  3. Under the profile photo area, find Account Nickname and click Modify.
  4. Enter the new nickname in the input box.
  5. Click Confirm to save the change.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the nickname area shows the updated name.
  • Next action available: you can return to the home page or open collaboration and comment views to check the new display name.

Tips While Using

  • Change limit: you can change your nickname only twice within one week.
  • Character limits: Chinese, English, numbers, and some special characters are supported, but ! @ # $ ^ * < > ? , are not supported.
  • Account restrictions: for enterprise accounts, nickname settings may be managed by an administrator.
