1. Insert WordArt from the ribbon
Entry point: Insert tab → WordArt button
- Open WPS Spreadsheet and go to the target worksheet.
- Click the Insert tab at the top of the window.
- Click the WordArt button.
- Choose the style you want from the WordArt preset area.
- Type your text in the pop-up text box.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new WordArt text object appears in the worksheet.

Tips While Using
- If the worksheet is protected, object insertion may not be available.
- After entering text, move the object as needed so it does not cover important cell content.
2. Change an existing WordArt style
Entry point: Select the WordArt text box → Text Tools tab → drop-down arrow on the right side of the WordArt styles area
- Select the WordArt text box that is already in the worksheet.
- Click the Text Tools tab at the top.
- Click the drop-down arrow on the right side of the WordArt styles area.
- Choose a new WordArt style from the list.
- If you need more preset templates, use the membership-related options shown in the interface when available.

- Interface result: The selected WordArt changes appearance.

Tips While Using
- Some preset template content in WordArt, Font Effects, and Font Shape is membership-related.
