1. Apply a Built-in Theme

Feature entry: Page tab → Theme drop-down list → Theme

  1. Open the spreadsheet file that you want to adjust.
  2. Click the Page tab at the top.
  3. Open the Theme drop-down list.
  4. Select Theme.
  5. Choose a preset theme style from the menu.
  6. After you click the target theme, the workbook fonts, colors, and effect style update together.

Success Criteria

  • You can open the theme list and select a target style.
  • The workbook shows a unified change in fonts, colors, and effects.

Tips While Using

  • A theme affects the overall appearance of the workbook.
  • If you need finer control, continue with theme colors, fonts, or effects.

2. Customize Theme Colors

Feature entry: Page tab → Theme drop-down list → Colors

  1. Open the spreadsheet and go to the Page tab.
  2. Click the Theme drop-down list.
  3. Select Colors.
  4. Choose a preset color style from the menu.
  5. If needed, click Custom Colors and complete your color adjustments.

  • The color menu opens normally.
