1. Apply preset table styles
Feature entry: Home tab → Apply Table Style drop-down menu
- Click the Home tab.
- Open the Apply Table Style drop-down menu.
- Select the table style you want.
- Check whether the table updates immediately.

2. Create a new table style
Feature entry: Home tab → Apply Table Style drop-down menu → New Table Style
- Click the Home tab.
- Open the Apply Table Style drop-down menu.
- Click New Table Style.
- Set the formatting for each element in the dialog box.
- Enter a style name and click OK.
Success Criteria

3. Create a new PivotTable style

5. Modify an existing custom style

- Right-click the style you want to edit and choose Modify.
- Adjust the formatting and click OK.
