1. Turn page break display on or off
Entry:
- Option 1: File → Spreadsheet Preferences → View → Page Breaks
- Option 2: Page tab → Show Page Breaks
- Open WPS Spreadsheet and go to the target worksheet.
- To use preferences, click File and select Spreadsheet Preferences.
- Click View and select Page Breaks to show page breaks.
- To hide them, clear Page Breaks again.
- You can also click Show Page Breaks on the Page tab.
- Repeat the same action to turn the display off again.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Page break lines appear or disappear in the worksheet.
- Next action available: You can continue reviewing print pagination or adjusting worksheet content.
