Why can’t I find the Sequence entry?

  1. Confirm that you opened WPS Spreadsheet instead of Writer or Presentation.
  2. Open the worksheet and go to the Home tab.
  3. Look for the Sequence option in the Fill drop-down menu.
  4. If the ribbon layout looks different, widen the window or check whether the ribbon is collapsed.

Why can’t I use Enter 123 Sequence?

  1. Confirm whether the feature is marked as membership-related.
  2. Check that your account is signed in and that the membership status is active.
  3. Reopen Home > Fill or Member Exclusive > Smart Toolbox and check the entry again.
  4. If it is still unavailable, refresh the account status and try again.

What kinds of content can Sequence generate?

  1. In the Sequence entry, you can generate arithmetic, geometric, or date series.
  2. If you need continuous numbers quickly, use Enter 123 Sequence.
  3. If you need continuous letters or Roman numerals, use the corresponding Smart Toolbox entry.
  4. After generation, you can continue adjusting the cell format.

What happens if the end value is left blank?

  1. Select the target range and open the Sequence settings.
  2. Set the step value and direction as needed.
  3. If the end value is blank, the fill continues to the end of the selected range.
  4. If you want to control the result range, select the target area accurately first.
