1. Keep Content

Entry path: Member Exclusive tab → Smart Toolbox → Text → Keep Content

  1. Select the cell range that you want to process.
  2. Click the Member Exclusive tab.
  3. Select Smart Toolbox to open the related tool panel.
  4. Open the Text drop-down menu and select Keep Content.
  5. Choose the content type that you want to keep, such as Chinese characters, numbers, or English letters.
  6. Click OK to apply the result.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected cells keep only the target content type based on the chosen rule.

2. Remove Content

Entry path: Member Exclusive tab → Smart Toolbox → Text → Remove Content

  1. Select the cell range that you want to process.
  2. Click the Member Exclusive tab.
  3. Select Smart Toolbox to open the related tool panel.
  4. Open the Text drop-down menu and select Remove Content.
  5. Choose the content type that you want to delete, such as Chinese characters, numbers, or English letters.

  4. Open the Text drop-down menu and select Extract Text from Beginning.
  5. Enter the number of characters to keep from the beginning.
