How-to Guide
1. Keep Content
Entry path: Member Exclusive tab → Smart Toolbox → Text → Keep Content
- Select the cell range that you want to process.
- Click the Member Exclusive tab.
- Select Smart Toolbox to open the related tool panel.
- Open the Text drop-down menu and select Keep Content.
- Choose the content type that you want to keep, such as Chinese characters, numbers, or English letters.
- Click OK to apply the result.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected cells keep only the target content type based on the chosen rule.
- Next action available: You can review the result, undo the action, or save the worksheet.

2. Remove Content
Entry path: Member Exclusive tab → Smart Toolbox → Text → Remove Content
- Select the cell range that you want to process.
- Click the Member Exclusive tab.
- Select Smart Toolbox to open the related tool panel.
- Open the Text drop-down menu and select Remove Content.
- Choose the content type that you want to delete, such as Chinese characters, numbers, or English letters.
- Click OK to apply the result.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected content type is removed from the selected cells in batches.

3. Extract Text from Beginning

- Select the cell range that you want to process.
- Click the Member Exclusive tab.
- Select Smart Toolbox to open the related tool panel.
- Open the Text drop-down menu and select Extract Text from Beginning.
- Enter the number of characters to keep from the beginning.
- Click OK to apply the result.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Each target cell keeps only the specified number of characters from the start.
- Next action available: You can continue with code splitting, sorting, or export.

4. Extract Text from Middle

- Open the Text drop-down menu and select Extract Text from Middle.
- Set the starting position and extraction length.
