1. Turn Print Gridlines on or off from the Page tab

Entry: Page → Print Gridlines

  1. Open WPS Spreadsheets on your Mac and go to the worksheet you want to print.
  2. Click the Page tab at the top of the window.
  3. Find Print Gridlines and select it.
  4. Continue to the print process, and the gridlines will appear in printed output.
  5. If you want to turn it off, click the same option again.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Print Gridlines status in the Page tab has changed.
  • Next action available: You can continue to Print Preview or print directly.
  • No side effect: The worksheet content itself is not changed by this setting.

2. Check and switch Gridlines in Print Preview

Entry: Print Preview → Gridlines

  2. Enter Print Preview from the quick access area or another common print entry.
  3. Find the Gridlines option in the preview interface.
  4. Click it and check how the preview pane changes.
  5. Confirm the result and continue printing, or return to the worksheet to adjust settings.
