FAQ

Why can’t I find the Print Range or Print Content option?

  1. Make sure the file you opened is a spreadsheet, not a Writer or Presentation file.
  2. Tap the top-right ☰ icon and enter the Print flow after choosing a printer.
  3. In print preview, check the Basic Settings tab and the Page Setup tab for the related options.

What is the difference between Print Range and Print Area?

  1. Print Range controls which pages are printed, such as all pages or specified pages.
  2. Print Area controls which content is printed, such as the active worksheet, the entire workbook, or a custom area.
  3. Decide whether you need to limit page numbers or content scope, then choose the matching setting.

How can I confirm the print result before printing?

  1. In print preview, check the page count, content scope, and page layout.
  2. If you only need part of the file, confirm that the correct worksheet or custom area is selected.
  3. Start printing only after the preview looks correct, so you can avoid unnecessary output.
