1. Open print preview and page settings
Entry path: Top-right ☰ → Print → Select printer → Print preview → Page settings
- Open the spreadsheet file that you want to print.
- Tap the
☰icon in the top-right corner. - Tap Print and select an available printer.
- After entering print preview, switch to the Page settings tab.

- Interface result: You are in print preview and can see page settings options.

2. Switch to portrait or landscape
Entry path: Print preview → Page settings → Orientation
- Open Page settings in print preview.
- Tap Orientation.
- Select Portrait or Landscape from the menu.
- Return to preview and check the updated page layout.
