How-to Guide

1. Move a Worksheet

Feature entry: Long-press a sheet tab → Drag to move

  1. Open a spreadsheet file that contains multiple worksheets.
  2. Long-press the sheet tab that you want to move.
  3. Drag the sheet within the sheet tab bar to the target position.
  4. Release your finger and confirm that the sheet is now in the new position.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: The target worksheet appears in a different position in the sheet tab bar.
  • What you can do next: You can still switch to that worksheet and continue editing.
  • No unwanted side effect: Moving the sheet position does not delete the existing content in the worksheet.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: A short tap usually only switches worksheets, so long-press before dragging.
  • Environment note: If there are only a few worksheets, the order change may be less obvious, so confirm the target position first.

2. Copy a Worksheet

Feature entry: Tap a sheet tab → Copy Worksheet

  1. Open the target spreadsheet file.
  2. Tap the worksheet tab that you want to copy to open the floating toolbar.
  3. Tap Copy Worksheet.
  4. Check the new duplicate that appears after the original worksheet.
  5. Rename the duplicate if needed and continue editing.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: A duplicate worksheet appears after the original worksheet.
  • What you can do next: The duplicate can be opened, edited, and renamed independently.
  • No unwanted side effect: Editing the duplicate does not directly change the original worksheet.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the target worksheet tab is not selected first, the related menu may not appear.
  • Environment note: The duplicate name adds a number after the original name, such as (1), (2), or (3).
  • Data note: If the workbook uses cross-sheet formulas, review the results again after later changes.
