1. Insert Cells from the Home Tab

Entry path: Bottom ToolsHome tab → Insert Cells

  1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  2. Select the Home tab.
  3. Tap Insert Cells.
  4. Choose one option: Shift cells right, Shift cells down, Insert row above, or Insert column to the left.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The current sheet adds a new cell, row, or column based on the selected option.
  • Next action: You can continue entering data or adjusting formatting.

2. Delete Cells from the Home Tab

Entry path: Bottom ToolsHome tab → Delete Cells

  1. Select the cell that you want to remove.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  3. Select the Home tab.
  4. Tap Delete Cells.
  5. Choose one option: Shift left, Shift up, Entire row, or Entire column.
