1. Insert a Local Picture
Feature entry: Insert tab → Picture
- Click Picture on the Insert tab.
- Select Floating Picture or Embedded-in-Cell Picture.
- Click Local Picture.
- Browse for the image file you want to insert.
- Click Open to finish.

4. Edit a Picture
Feature entry: Picture Tools tab → Format Shape arrow

- On the Picture Tools tab, click the Format Shape arrow.

- The right-side task pane opens.

5. Convert a Floating Picture into an Embedded-in-Cell Picture
