How-to Guide
1. Insert an Image
Feature entry: Tools → Insert → Floating Image / Cell Image
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select Insert.
- Tap Floating Image or Cell Image.
- Choose an image source: Camera, Album, Recent, or Document.
- Select the image to insert it.
- If you choose Floating Image, the image appears above cells. If you choose Cell Image, the image is embedded in a cell and adapts to the cell size.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new image appears in the worksheet.

Tips While Using
- Recent and Document are commonly used when the image comes from cloud-related file lists.
- Floating Image and Cell Image display differently in the sheet, so choose the one that fits your layout.
2. Edit an Image
Feature entry: Image floating toolbar → Image Editing
- Tap the inserted image.
- Wait for the floating toolbar to appear.
- Tap Image Editing.

Tips While Using
- You need to select the image first before the floating toolbar appears.
3. Adjust Image Position and Size
Feature entry: Select the image and drag it directly
- Tap the image to select it.

- Tap any blank area outside the image to finish.
- If needed, use the floating toolbar to convert the image to Floating Image or Embed in Cell.
