1. Insert an Image

Feature entry: Tools → Insert → Floating Image / Cell Image

  1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  2. Select Insert.
  3. Tap Floating Image or Cell Image.
  4. Choose an image source: Camera, Album, Recent, or Document.
  5. Select the image to insert it.
  6. If you choose Floating Image, the image appears above cells. If you choose Cell Image, the image is embedded in a cell and adapts to the cell size.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A new image appears in the worksheet.
  • What you can do next: You can select the image and continue editing or adjusting it.

Tips While Using

  • Recent and Document are commonly used when the image comes from cloud-related file lists.
  • Floating Image and Cell Image display differently in the sheet, so choose the one that fits your layout.

2. Edit an Image

Feature entry: Image floating toolbar → Image Editing

  1. Tap the inserted image.
  2. Wait for the floating toolbar to appear.
  3. Tap Image Editing.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The image editing interface or related options open.
  • What you can do next: You can continue working on the selected image.

Tips While Using

  • You need to select the image first before the floating toolbar appears.

3. Adjust Image Position and Size

Feature entry: Select the image and drag it directly

  1. Tap the image to select it.
  2. Drag the image to change its position in the sheet.
  3. Drag the control points on the image border to resize it.
  4. Tap any blank area outside the image to finish.
  5. If needed, use the floating toolbar to convert the image to Floating Image or Embed in Cell.

  • Interface result: The image position or size changes in the worksheet.

Tips While Using

  • A Cell Image stays inside the cell and follows the cell-based layout.

4. Check Membership Labels for Some Materials

  1. Open the image or icon selection interface.
  2. Check whether a material shows a membership label.
  3. Decide whether to use that material based on your current account rights.
