Entry path: Tools at the bottom > Insert > Hyperlink > Web Page

  1. Select the cell where you want to add the link.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  3. Tap Insert, then select Hyperlink.
  4. Under Link to, select Web Page.
  5. Paste the URL.
  6. Set the display text.
  7. Tap OK to finish.
  • The cell shows the text you set.
  • Tapping the link opens the target web page.
  • Make sure the URL format is correct.
  • Opening a web link usually requires a network connection.

Entry path: Tools at the bottom > Insert > Hyperlink > Place in This Document

  1. Select the cell where you want to add the link.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  3. Tap Insert, then select Hyperlink.
  4. Under Link to, select Place in This Document.
  5. Select the target sheet or target cell.
  6. Set the display text.
  7. Tap OK to finish.
  • The cell shows clickable jump text.
  • Tapping the link moves to the target location in the current workbook.
  • If the target sheet or cell changes, check the jump result again.
  • This option works well for a table of contents or workbook navigation.

  1. Select the cell where you want to add the link.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  3. Tap Insert, then select Hyperlink.
  4. Under Link to, select Email.
  5. Enter the email address and subject.
  6. Set the display text.
  7. Tap OK to finish.
  • The cell shows the configured link text.
  • Tapping the link opens the device email app with the address filled in.
  • Check that the email address is entered correctly.
  • If no email app is configured on the device, the link may not open a draft directly.

  1. Select the cell where you want to add the link.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  3. Tap Insert, then select Hyperlink.
  4. Under Link to, select Local File.
  5. Choose or add a local file.
  6. Set the display text.
  7. Tap OK to finish.
  • The cell shows the linked file text.
  • Tapping the link opens the associated local file.
  • If the local file is moved, deleted, or inaccessible, the link may stop working.
  • This option is more reliable when the file path stays stable.
