1. Hide Rows

Entry: Select row numbers → Right-click menu → Hide

1. Click the row number that you want to hide to select the full row. Hold Ctrl to select multiple rows.
2. Right-click within the selected row-number area.
3. Select Hide from the shortcut menu.
4. The selected rows are hidden, and a double-line indicator appears between row numbers.

2. Hide Columns

Entry: Select column headers → Right-click menu → Hide

1. Click the column header that you want to hide to select the full column. Hold Ctrl to select multiple columns.
2. Right-click within the selected column-header area.
3. Select Hide from the shortcut menu.
4. The selected columns are hidden, and a double-line indicator appears between column headers.

3. Unhide Rows or Columns

Entry: Select the adjacent rows or columns on both sides of the hidden area → Right-click menu → Unhide

2. For hidden rows, select the adjacent rows on both sides. For hidden columns, select the adjacent columns on both sides.
3. Right-click within the selected row-number or column-header area.
4. Select Unhide from the shortcut menu.
5. The hidden rows or columns appear again.

4. Unhide All Hidden Rows and Columns

Entry: Click the Select All button in the top-left corner → Right-click menu → Unhide

1. Click the Select All button at the intersection of row numbers and column headers in the top-left corner of the worksheet.
2. Right-click any row number or column header area.
3. Select Unhide from the shortcut menu.
4. All hidden rows and columns in the current worksheet are restored.

• On-screen result: All hidden rows and columns in the worksheet appear again.
