Why can't I find the Header or Footer option?
- Make sure you opened a spreadsheet file.
- Tap the top-right "☰" icon, start the Print flow, and select a printer.
- After entering print preview, switch to the Page Setup tab and look for Header or Footer.
Why does the same content appear on every page after I set it?
- Header and footer content belongs to fixed page areas.
- After you apply a style, it repeats on every page automatically.
- If you want a different result, open Page Setup again and choose another style.
Can I set the header and footer separately?
- Yes.
- Tap Header in Page Setup to set the top area.
- Tap Footer to set the bottom area, and the two settings work independently.
