1. Enter Full Screen

Entry path: Tools → View → Full-Screen Reading

  1. Open the spreadsheet file you want to review.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Open the View tab.
  4. Tap Full-Screen Reading.
  5. The spreadsheet expands to fill more of the screen and enters Full Screen mode.

  • Interface result: The toolbar and status bar are hidden, and the visible sheet area becomes larger.

2. Exit Full Screen

Entry path: Upper-right corner in Full Screen → Exit Full Screen

  1. Make sure the spreadsheet is already in Full Screen mode.
  2. Tap Exit Full Screen in the upper-right corner.
  3. Return to the standard view.

3. Work in Full Screen

  3. Tap a cell to select or edit it.
  4. If you need more functions, tap Tools in the lower-right corner to open the toolbar.
