1. Find content

Feature entry: Home tab → Data Processing drop-down menu → Find drop-down menu → Find

  1. Click the Data Processing drop-down menu on the Home tab.
  2. Click the Find drop-down menu.
  3. Select Find.
  4. Enter the content you want to search for in the dialog box.
  5. If you need more conditions, click Options to expand advanced settings.
  6. Set the scope, search direction, look-in range, match case, and full-cell matching as needed.
  7. Click Find All, Previous, or Next to run the search.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Find dialog opens and shows matching results.

2. Replace content

  4. Enter the original text in Find what.
  5. Enter the new text in Replace with.
  6. Click Replace to update one match at a time, or click Replace All for batch changes.
