How do I copy only visible cells after filtering?

  1. Apply the filter so that only the target rows remain visible.
  2. Select the visible data range and copy it.
  3. Paste the result and confirm that hidden rows are not included in the visible selection.

How do I clear a filter?

  1. Go back to the filter-related commands on the Data tab.
  2. Click Filter again, or use a related command such as Clear if available.
  3. Confirm that the previously hidden rows are shown again.

Does filtering delete the original data?

  1. No. Filtering only hides rows that do not match the current conditions.
  2. To restore the full view, clear the filter or remove the conditions.
