When using WPS Filter on iOS, common questions usually involve the feature entry, filtered results, and membership-based export options; this FAQ includes 4 common questions and 4 glossary terms.

FAQ

Why can’t I find the Filter button?

  1. Make sure you opened a spreadsheet file rather than another file type.
  2. Select a data range that includes a header row.
  3. Tap Tools, then open Data and check whether Filter is available.
  4. If it still does not appear, update WPS Office to the latest version and try again.

Does filtering delete my data?

  1. Filtering only hides rows that do not match the criteria. It does not delete the original data.
  2. You can change the filter criteria or turn Filter off to show all rows again.
  3. If you want to remove data permanently, edit the sheet separately after confirming the content.

Why are only some rows copied after I filter data?

  1. When you copy data in a filtered state, only visible rows are usually copied.
  2. If you want to copy all data, turn Filter off first.
  3. Before copying, check whether the current filter criteria are still active.

Why can’t I use Export Filter Results?

  1. Make sure you have already applied a filter and opened the filter menu from the column header.
  2. Check whether the export-related options show a membership indicator.
  3. If your current account does not include the required membership benefits, subscribe first and then try again.
  4. If the feature is already available on your account but still does not work, sign in again and retry.
